MYSPACE 7 BASIC TIPS TO GET YOU STARTED!

Here are some really basic Myspace tips for you newbies. Remember we
were all newbies once. It is a good idea to get the basics down pat!

1. Dress your profile. Don’t make your profile shout “I’m a marketer”.
Normal myspace users have normal pimped profiles. And, most myspace users put their pictures in their profiles.

2. Don’t leave your profile blank. Yes, it’s hard to fill all those spots
but try your best. Normal myspace users fill all their favorites in. You
should too if you want a high friend acceptance rate.

3. Social Networking: Myspace is there for social networking so leaving
comments and sending out bulletins is vital. Of course marketers do this but
what I mean, send out normal comments and bulletins as well. People will
like it and they have a higher chance of opening your advertising bulletin.

4. More than One: Always make more than one myspace profile and use them to target different niches under your big niche.

5. Friend Limits: Of course you don’t want to flag your account as a
spammer, don’t go around requesting 500 friends a day. Keep the number small
and remember, you can always use multiple profiles.

6. Target your niche: Having 20K friends is nice but won’t earn you any
money unless your friends are targetted properly and interested in whatever
you are trying to sell.

7. Myspace Groups: Besides using friend adder bots and sending bulletins and everything, Myspace groups are great marketing tools provided by Myspace as well. You can use them to offer people the services they are looking for.

8. Abusing the System: Do not abuse the system. Play safe, use your common sense and you’ll do great.
